Empowering Local Talent: Felix Maria Go Foundation Supports NTT Youth Creative Market

Kupang, Indonesia — The city of Kupang is set to become the epicenter of youth creativity in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) with the launch of Takuju Market 2025, a week-long creative bazaar scheduled for April 7–13, 2025, at Umera Koffie. The event will run daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central Indonesia Time (WITA).

Backed by the Felix Maria Go-Fransiscus Go Foundation, which has long championed youth-led micro and small enterprises (MSMEs), the event aims to spotlight emerging creative entrepreneurs from across the region.

Organized by Baomong NonStop (BNS) Production, one of NTT’s leading creative agencies, Takuju Market 2025 will feature over 20 up-and-coming MSME vendors. Offerings will span from local fashion and handcrafted accessories to trend-savvy online businesses.

“This isn’t just another market—it’s a celebration of creativity and youth entrepreneurship in NTT,” said Andi Zulkifli, Event Director of Takuju Market 2025. “Takuju Market is a space where innovation and passion come together, giving young creators a platform to express themselves.”

Beyond shopping, visitors can enjoy live performances by local musicians and take part in hands-on creative workshops, including floral arrangement, acrylic painting, and doll-making.

“Guests will be able to interact directly with the creators, even try their hand at making their own pieces,” Andi added. “This isn’t just a market—it’s a place to grow, to connect, and to be inspired.”

Andi also expressed deep appreciation to the event’s sponsors—particularly the Felix Maria Go-Fransiscus Go Foundation, Bank Indonesia, and Bank Mandiri—for their steadfast support in advancing the region’s MSME sector.

Takuju Market 2025 is expected to serve as a vibrant meeting point for entrepreneurs, young creatives, and the wider community eager to explore high-quality local products in a fresh, dynamic setting.

“For anyone looking to support local brands, soak in a creative atmosphere, or just hang out in an inspiring vibe—Takuju Market is the place to be,” Andi concluded.
